Pipe brooms for large diameters
Custom-made product for a customer in the bridge construction industry.
Pipe broom for cleaning steel pipes with a diameter of 1.4 m and 1.0 m
Round steel frames with 28 or 18 double holders for brushes (hard stars / sweeping inserts).
Brackets are mounted in the racks that allow the “brushes” to be lowered using a cable winch and weighed down with a weight if necessary.
The brushes are mounted in such a way that they can be rotated after wear to enable further cleaning.
The brushes are also easy to replace.
